We are here to provide services to those who work with marginalized populations. Working in this field can be exhausting and it is important that we guard our own mental and physical health as we work with our communities. We have created this Compassion Fatigue Resilience building series to help you sustain your own health, so that you can continue to provide valuable services.
Participants will have the opportunity to use our services when feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or want to continue developing self-regulation strategies in the privacy of their homes.
By completing The Compassion Fatigue Survey, participants will have access to:
* Self-care Kit, which includes an essential oil sample, sensory, and mindfulness materials.
* Access to yoga, meditation, and weekly live dance-fitness videos.
* Access to yoga and meditation audio to listen to any time.
* 20 minutes Individual and private phone consultation with psychologist Dr. Casandra Clark or therapist Vanessa Cintron.
All the participants need to do is answer the Compassion Satisfaction and Fatigue Survey sent via email.
