We move to heal so we may heal to move towards liberation.

Kumbé Healing & Wellness provides opportunities to expand our self healing and wellness approach for personal and professional transformation towards liberation. Kumbé offers consultation, embodiment experiences and education, while acknowledging ancestral teachings and neuroscience.

Our commitment
We are committed to the healing and wellness of historically oppressed communities and the people who service them. We facilitate the cultivation of self-healing and community healing practices by implementing various methods informed by our collective ancestral wisdom. These practices can be used to strengthen resilience in an oppressive system.
